In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us unworn and in its original condition within our cooling off period of 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, we are unable to accept pierced items, for example, a pair of earrings, or able to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us unless the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
