You're so lovely!  You've chosen a present for a special someone and now it's time to wrap it.

We know that you like to beautifully present your gifts and we also know that you like to see what you've chosen before you present it.

With our Gift Wrap- Back to You option we send you a beautiful Adorn gift bag, tissue paper and ribbon for you to wrap your special jewellery.  There's even a gift tag on the bag for you to write your special message.

This is the option to choose if you've chosen to have your order delivered to you.

Please Note ~ if you're collecting your order we will include your gift bag free of charge

(it's the best way to carry your jewellery home!)

This is our policy for items purchased through our website only.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us unworn and in its original condition within our cooling off period of 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, we are unable to accept pierced items, for example, a pair of earrings, or able to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us unless the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
