Our Gift Wrap - Direct to Recipient.

You're so lovely!  You've chosen a special piece of jewellery and would like us to wrap it for you.

If we're sending directly to your lucky recipient then this is the option for you. No prices will be included in your parcel.

We'll nestle their boxed jewellery in our tissue paper and hand wrap in our special golden wrapping paper.

We can include a short handwritten note, please include your chosen words in your order notes. Depending on the season we'll add a sprig of dried lavender or cinnamon.  Think Rowan Atkinson in 'Love Actually' but without the holly...

This is our policy for items purchased through our website only.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us unworn and in its original condition within our cooling off period of 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, we are unable to accept pierced items, for example, a pair of earrings, or able to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us unless the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
